Our Values

Values are beliefs that motivate us to fulfill the mission and vision that Christ has for His Church.  Values determine what we do.  In a sense, they are priorities.  Values give us the reasons for creating strategies and specific ministries.  Values answer the question, “Why are we doing this?”  There are five values Eastside Praise believes with a passion.

• Lost people matter to God.
• Excellence honors Christ and captures the attention of non-churched people.
• God receives honor when men and women use their gifts in personal and corporate worship.
• Shepherding is biblical relationships.  Relationships develop best in groups.
• Ministry must be doctrinally pure and relevant in our generation.
